The cost for design / architectural and design projects / is calculated per square meter of the built-up area of the site, varying depending on the complexity and size of the building (but not less than 200 BGN per project, no matter how small it is).
The price per square meter is negotiable between the client and the designer, it is individual and is related to the volume of work. Prices and terms are clarified by the investor in the form of a bid in writing and are subject to a performance contract. Upon signing a contract, an advance payment of 50% of the project cost and the final payment will be made – the remaining 50% of the project cost upon submission of the documentation.
If the service also enters the submission of the documentation to the respective institutions, then the costs are additionally paid.
